Description
EL-KHOLY, in collaboration with EGYPT GAS, secured a comprehensive six-year petroleum services contract with Scimitar Production Egypt Ltd. This contract represents a key milestone in our expansion into the petroleum services market with a growing reputation for quality and reliability.
The contract included the supply of manpower, including field engineers, certified quality control engineers, electrical engineers, supervisors, foremen, fitters, welders, painters, scaffolders, helpers, as well as top-tier heavy and light equipment, scaffolding, and high-quality materials.
Operations involved construction of separation stations together with oil, steam, and water piping systems, storage tanks, pipelines, cabling, electrical, and instrumentation.
To achieve this, the scope of work included the laying, fabrication, erection, and installation of all piping networks and storage tanks. The works comprised welding activities, non-destructive and visual inspections, hydrostatic and functional testing, surface preparation through sandblasting, and the application of protective painting systems, in addition to the testing of all completed works.
