Description
El-Kholy Contractors’ certified and well-trained crew possesses the expertise needed to proficiently handle all Asbestos removal projects, and this project was no exception. Our crew received their Asbestos removal training through SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance),
a Swiss multinational company headquartered in Geneva, known for its inspection, verification, testing, and certification services.
Full compliance with all health and safety precautionary measures was the cornerstone of our process. This included the use of comprehensive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), stringent safety controls, waste management protocols, and emergency procedures. These safety measures were crucial in ensuring the project was completed efficiently, without incidents, injuries, or environmental impact.
The scope of work involved dismantling Asbestos panels and supplying and installing 30,000 m² of durable corrugated metal sheets. Additionally, the team completed various steel structuring tasks, including the supply and installation of 10,000 m² of sandwich panels and new cable trays.
