Description

EL-KHOLY in collaboration with EGYPT GAS secured a significant 15-year comprehensive rehabilitation contract with Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). This milestone marks a major step towards our company’s expansion into regional markets. Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), located in the Arabian Gulf region, is a promising joint venture between ARAMCO Gulf Operations and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company.

The scope of work includes supplying manpower, such as field engineers and certified quality control engineers, who conduct inspections and tests on welds and paints. Additionally, skilled offshore crews are provided, along with top-tier equipment to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation works on nearly 150 offshore oil and gas handling platforms. The tasks cover everything from scaffolding to the fabrication and rehabilitation of new and existing piping networks. Rehabilitation works also include sandblasting and coating, performed with the use of painting barges and tugboats.
