20” Onshore Oil Pipeline Installation

Description

The project involved the full installation of a 15-km-long oil pipeline with a 20-inch diameter, in compliance with API 1104 standards. The scope of work included pipeline laying, welding, inspection, radiographic testing, hydrostatic testing, and tying in new pipelines to the main pipeline. Additionally, the old pipeline was repaired and connected to the new one to serve as a standby pipeline. Civil tasks involved paving the line’s route, as well as supplying and installing concrete supports.
