Boat-Landing Replacement

Description

In collaboration with the Egyptian Maintenance Company (EMC), EL-KHOLY carried out the replacement of one of EPC’s boat-landings. The scope of work included the dismantling of the damaged boat-landing, followed by the fabrication, testing, transportation, lifting, and erection of the new structure.

The project was delivered in accordance with the highest industry standards:

• Welding: AWS D1.1:2000.
• Sandblasting: SA 2.5.
• Painting: 1000M Glass Flak.
• Non-Destructive Testing: Visual and Ultrasonic.

Additionally, the scope involved supplying materials such as steel, rubber and tire fenders, and fiberglass (G.R.P polyester) grating.
