Our multidisciplinary team delivers top-tier solutions across all aspects of the supply chain—from sourcing and delivery to market analysis and contract management—supporting our diverse business portfolio.
Our extensive experience has resulted in a broad network of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors, each rigorously vetted before selection and continually reviewed post-award. Our Procurement and Supply Chain Division focuses on ensuring the sustainability of each project’s supply chain by determining the best combination of local and international sources.
A) Procurement of Materials
Our Procurement and Supply Chain Division oversees all procurement of materials and services for our company through a dedicated team of experts. Acting as a genuine business partner, we are committed to consistently delivering high-quality products and services. We prioritize:

B) Supply of Manpower

C) Supply of Equipment
At EL-KHOLY, we boast a remarkable fleet of owned workshops and equipment, coupled with extensive expertise in land and marine equipment fleet management. This enables us to supply our diverse projects with the most appropriate machinery, meticulously maintained to the highest standards, and ensuring continuous support for onshore and offshore construction operations. We provide:
- Heavy Equipment such as cranes, sidebooms, forklifts, manlifts with multi loading capacities.
- Welding machines (diesel/electrical) in compliance with SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW, EBW, and PAW welding processes.
- Generators with different voltage ranges.
- Special tools such as manual, automatic, hot and cold cutting tools for pipes and plates with different sizes and thicknesses, as well as lifting gears.
- Sandblasting and coating equipment (air compressors, sand pots, airless spraying machines, and high-pressure hoses… etc.).
- Diving equipment for scuba diving and surface supply diving including oxygen cylinders, air compressors, Kirby helmets, umbilical, CCTV units, recorders, Diver’s Decompression Chambers (DDC), and zodiacs… etc.
- Underwater cutting and inspection tools.
- Others.
D) Supply of Scaffolding
Our company provides comprehensive scaffolding solutions, delivering materials, tools, consumables, and certified manpower to safely erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding for all project scopes. Our practices include:
- Compliance with BS-EN 12811-1 standards for scaffolding design and erection.
- Use of accessories certified under BS-EN 74-1, 74-2, and 74-3.
- Certified scaffolders and inspectors trained to TG 20:13 guidance.
- Strict adherence to client “Permit to Work” systems and HSE protocols.
- Full use of fall protection systems (per BS-EN 363).
- Provision of dust, wind, water, and fireproof covers for safety.
- Implementation of the SCAFTAG system with color-coded tagging for effective scaffold status management.
